Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 365gam account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, contact numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 365gam reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any PKR balances or bonus credits across those accounts.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. 365gam may require you to complete identity verification at any point — including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, when requesting a large withdrawal, or if account activity triggers a standard security review. Requested verification documents may include a government-issued identity document and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Your 365gam account details — particularly your registered payment method — must match the name on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Mismatches may delay withdrawal processing.
365gam processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are processed instantly — your PKR playing balance will update within seconds of completing the transaction on your end. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution.
A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of depositing. This minimum is subject to change at the platform's discretion. You will always be shown the current minimum before confirming any deposit.
365gam does not apply any currency conversion to deposits. All funds are received and held in PKR. There are no hidden deposit fees applied by 365gam; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer for details on any charges they may apply.
Only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing on behalf of another person, using shared accounts or using payment methods not registered in your name is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are submitted from the Cashier section of your 365gam account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. The withdrawal method must match the method used for your most recent deposit where possible — this is a standard anti-fraud measure applied across the platform.
365gam aims to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative processing times are as follows:
To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your real-money PKR balance must equal or exceed the withdrawal amount requested, and any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn.
365gam does not deduct any fees from the withdrawal amount at its end. The PKR amount you request is what your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account receives. Your payment provider may apply receiving fees — please check with them directly.
365gam reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and is not indicative of any problem with your account.

All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period — stated on each individual offer — will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

365gam offers sports betting across Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and international matches), Football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
365gam reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the displayed maximum stake for the relevant market, or bets placed after the relevant event has commenced beyond the live betting window. Bets placed on events that have already concluded will be voided and the stake returned.
A bet will be declared void and the PKR stake returned in the following circumstances:
Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, PSL and Football events. Odds on live markets update continuously and reflect the current state of play. 365gam may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event for operational reasons. In-play bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error — for example, a decimal odds value that is clearly not reflective of the actual probability — 365gam reserves the right to void affected bets. Players who deliberately exploit manifest pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed and betting privileges restricted.

The platform reserves the right to add, remove or temporarily suspend any game title at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted connection or software fault during any game round, the affected round will be resolved based on the game's internal log records held on the server. If the server records are insufficient to determine the outcome, the affected bet will be voided and the PKR stake returned. Malfunction voids all pays — this is a standard condition across all game types on the platform.
Progressive jackpot games display the current jackpot value in real time. The displayed value is indicative and subject to update at any moment. A jackpot win is only confirmed once verified by the game's server records. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed jackpot amount and the server-verified amount, the server figure applies.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. In the event of a stream interruption or technical fault on the live dealer side, the round outcome — if already determined by the live dealer — will stand. If a round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on 365gam's end, the affected bet will be voided and the PKR stake returned.

The fairness of game outcomes is not influenced by bet size, account status or any factor other than the RNG. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 365gam reserves the right to withhold some or all of the PKR balance associated with that account. Where an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned via the registered payment method after standard processing.
You may request to close your 365gam account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests submitted via the live chat or email will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money PKR balance will be processed for return to your registered payment method.
