Getting started, login issues and account management

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, email address and date of birth. Set a strong password and complete the mobile verification step. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once verified, you can deposit PKR and start playing immediately.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings section. You can update your email address and notification preferences there. To change your registered Pakistan mobile number, contact our live chat support team — a verification step is required to confirm your identity before a phone number change can be processed, as the mobile number is linked to your PKR payment methods.

Account locks are triggered automatically after several consecutive failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the lock persists, contact our 24/7 live chat support team. They can verify your identity and restore access quickly. Do not attempt to register a second account as a workaround — this will result in both accounts being closed.

PKR Deposits & Withdrawals

In-play betting lets you place wagers after a Cricket match has started. Odds update ball by ball based on the match situation. For example, if a top-order wicket falls in a T20, the odds on the batting team shortening their total will shift immediately. You can bet on markets like next wicket, runs in the current over and match winner at any point during the game. A stable mobile data or WiFi connection is recommended for in-play betting.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake in PKR by the decimal odds at the time the bet was placed. For example, a PKR 500 bet at 2.50 odds returns PKR 1,250 (including your stake). Winnings are credited to your 365gam balance automatically once the result is confirmed — usually within minutes of the match or market settling.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the relevant cricket body), most pre-match bets are voided and your PKR stake is returned to your balance. Self-exclusion is a longer-term option available in the Responsible Gaming section. You choose a minimum exclusion period, after which access to your account is suspended. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or play. Any remaining PKR balance can be withdrawn after the exclusion period.
